Push notification help?

I just got an infuse and the facebook push notifications are driving me crazy does anyone know how to turn them off for good so they stop Coming up?

I've been looking around and can't find anything on how too.

Any help would be great! Thank you

open facebook...press back..hit menu then settings

uncheck notifications

Thank you for posting your question...I completely forgot that was there and mine were on...most likely could be the cause of my battery drainage
