question about shipping date?

i went to a verizon store yesterday and ordered the droid x but its in high demand so i had it shipped, he said it would ship on the 23rd but i checked the website today and its back to the 27th does that mean it ships on the 23rd or 27th?

That date was changed from 23rd to 27th sometime yesterday afternoon. But not sure if those dates mean anything. Wait till you get the shipping notice and a tracking number.

Yours should ship on the 23rd. The 27th is for orders that are submitted today.

if you ordered the phone after 230pm on thur bt before close of business friday it will ship out on the 23rd, if you order it sat or sun it will be shipping on the 27th. if you order it monday or later it will be aug 2nd or later..
