I'm trying to ascertain exactly which bands my factory unlocked M8 supports, specifically with AT&T, in order to figure out why my LTE speeds are so low.

Here are the original specs (it's s/off & SuperCID now):

product: m8_ul_ca
platform: hTCBmsm8974
modelid: 0P6B12000
cidnum: BS_US001

I can connect no problem to AT&T's LTE network, usually on Band 4, sometimes on Band 17, but I can't achieve anything higher than 5Mb down/up. If I switch the SIM to my Nexus 4 (modded for 4G), I'll easily get 15+Mb down in the same location.

I've tried other radios from current & past firmwares (WWE, Dev, AT&T), but the speed remains the same. I don't know if this is a software or hardware limitation with this particular phone, or simply a matter of a congested network (I'm in Los Angeles). I'm hoping someone can shed some light on this.
