2 things, I called my local RS today, they will NOT honor the "early upgrade" and they currently have the Atrix, but no accessories. (in KC)

My local ATT store called to let me know they had the phones and the laptops in but would not sell to me until tomorrow, I asked them to hold a car dock for me if they had any in this shipment. They said they would.

I was planning on getting one from radioshack by upgrading a line and put my sim in but came across this on their upgrade policy:
"What if I upgrade the second line and then swap the phone to the primary line?
This will be considered a deactivation, when this happens the ESN swap will trigger a deactivation/cancellation across all carriers and you will incur an instant savings discount penalty."
Has anyone swapped phones before after upgrading and anything happen?

They are in fact selling the laptop dock. But the store I went into didn't have it in stock, but said they could order it.
