Help Reflashing

So I have a back up of everything on my current rom and I want to reflash my current rom, when I restore that backup will everything be back in its place? Will there be any problems? I really don't wanna do any wrong or mess up anything. Not to mention the busy work of trying to get my phone back in order.
 
Everything will be. If you are partitioned and have 3.0.2.8 or 5.0.2.8 it will back up all your apps. So when you restore it will be just like it is now. If you have 3.0.0.5 it wont restore your apps.

Awesome, I actually had to swtich from 5.0.2.3 to 3.0.2.8 to get my EXT to mount and back up, thanks SS, I want to reflash for some reason, there doesn't seem to be anything wrong but I can't help but feel like something is, what is the proper way to reflash anyway?

Walkthrough maybe? :) I would appreciate it. Probably should make a thread for it.

Also, would it matter if I changed from 710mh to 748mh? Same build just different OC.
