Help reformat external SD card after shutting down

After shutting down the SG, the external SD card is no longer recognized. All the data is gone. I have to reformat the card.
frodo is running, the sd card has been changed by another one, but still the same problem...
Anybody else with the same prob??
Anybody a solution??

So every time you shut down, the card gets corrupted?

Could be one of your apps.
