Help Reminder to move?

When I had a Fitbit, it could be set to remind me to move if I hadn't done a certain amount of steps within a specified time period.

Can my smartwatch combined with Google Fit do this? Or another app?

do not know about wear os, but samsung watches have this feature. i have it turned off.....lol

wear os which is what your fossil watch is running, does not have this feature along with google fit from what i have been reading. apparently there are some fitness apps available for wear os that has this feature.

I have a Galaxy Watch 5 Pro and it won't leave me alone about it! I think it's the watch and not Wear OS, though, but it will tell me to get up and walk... if I'm driving, it will tell me "great job!" Apparently it thinks I can walk 45 MPH going down the road LOL but you think it will track my indoor rower exercise? Heck no... because it's not moving, I guess... who knows
