Remote - security app needed, not-wifi

I'm looking for an app that will monitor a building for security.
Either by letting me access the camera remotely - by connecting.

Or an app that will send photos every day by email or put them into Dropbox.

But by 4G, not wifi.

Does anyone know if this app exists.

If you already have the security system you should contact the suppliers first to see what they can offer. At the very least you need to find out whether the camera system can actually send out pictures/video.
