I have rooted with unrevoked, installed clockwork and made a recovery there. How can I get this dinc back to stock factory settings so I can return it and get a different phone?

Settings > Security > Clear Storage (if you use pw credentials)

Settings > SD & Phone Storage > Utilities > Format phone storage

Settings > SD & Phone Storage > Personal Data > Factory Data Reset

Now, these will clear all the data cached on your phone, but will not touch the system partition and thus will not unroot your phone. To do that you have 2 options that I am aware of:

    1) Call VZW and ask them to clear the ESN from your account because you are selling the phone, and/or

    2) Follow these video/written instructions on how to unroot your HTC Incredible

    Good luck

Follow iowa's instructions, it's the best/easiest way to unroot and wipe everything.
