How long should the first boot take mine seems frozen but you said it should work, what is the approx. waiting time for the 1st boot?

I don't think because when try and install a theme it says my ROM isn't deodexes

Also known as Super Stock ICS, Super Helado is a ROM based on Complete Stock.
It features things from Android 4.0, 4.1, & 4.2. I hope y'all like this ROM.

4.) Make A Backup (Optional But Recommended)
5.) Format Data / Factory Reset (Optional But Recommended)
6.) Flash The File

8.) Success!

NOTE: On first boot, the boot animation may seem frozen after a couple of seconds but that's because the loop counter ended. Just let it boot. Also, be activated before you switch to this ROM because it doesn't come with the activation app.

I used both for a long time, 1.1 is more or less just an upgrade of 1.0. While it was a fantastic ROM, it might be a bit outdated, although some would argue that the Reverb runs better on ICS than JB anyway.
As long as you've got a backup, you can try any ROM you like!

I just flashed this rom to my Reverb and I turned on the phone and the boot animation didn't play and the screen didn't turn on. I would press the lock button and the backlight would come on and all the haptic feedback works and the charging led is on but the screen won't show.

Do I need clockwork or can i just slap the ZIP file on an SD card and boot into recovery and navigate to it there?

I see a ton of people using CWM, but you have to have a rooted phone PRIOR. I do not have a rooted phone nor care to. Plus all of the techniques used to root the Reverb do not work after the JB update. Just want the new stock POS 4.1.2 to go the hell away and never come back. Flipping back to 4.0.4 will be great.

I tried flashing to my reverb and it seems to have been sstuck in boot loop but not sure, ive never had it happen before. anyway i just reflashed my old rom and its fixed now but I would like to know what happened.

i get boot loop with this man and when i hit power button the screens goes off and on as if its on and just replaying a video over and over again i did not reset everything

i had the same problem and i didnt reset everything either so i just went back to my old rom
