I've had my Conquer for almost 3 hours now. Your ROM is very good!! Is there a setting to change the hostname so the phone can sow up on my router as "Sammy" instead of something like "android_f365cebb819d4blahblahblah"?

Lol yeah you could just go to settings and go to applications scroll down and hit development and there it is

Yeah, that was the first place I went, but all I have there is Debugging, stay awake, and mock locations.

After a cm7 base is established we could get MIUI or 2.3 theme JoyOs and or CM10 would be nice too.

Overclocking is always cool. I'm not sure if you're rolling yer own kernel or not, but it's always something to use for bragging......

I guess it mostly depends on the version of android you have because i have the samsung admire running cm7.2 (2.3.7) and i see the option to change the name

the metropcs also got this phone its called tikal maybe devs can port from that as well.

alienwarez rom for the samsung admire looks nice, but the wifi isnt working, after you turn it on and it starts scanning it turns back off, get back at me.
