RhythmicRom v1.3 with Beats Audio + Tweaks



CyanogenMod is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 4.2.x (JB), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

Installing Instructions:

• Download [Alternate] the latest version of RhythmicRom
• Copy zip to your SD-card
• Boot into Recovery Mode
• Wipe EVERYTHING! (Factory Reset, Cache, Davlik Cache)
• Flash latest version of RhythmicRom
• Once completed reboot into Bootloader
• On your computer, extract boot.img from ROM into your working fastboot/adb directory
• Get into fastboot
• Run: fastboot flash boot boot.img
• Reboot
• Enjoy!

Updating Instructions:

• Download [Alternate] the latest version of RhythmicRom, or use the OTA Updater!

I've been using 1.1 now for a while, I almost posted a big account of my experience and the bugs that I've found. I'll make a backup and try out 1.2. I just wanted to let you know that there are people out there using this rom and forum.

my phone keeps rebooting over & Over! i did everything it said correctly and it just reboots all the time. like when i get to the "Welcome Page" it stays there for a couple seconds then reboots.

Although this thread does need updating, this ROM is very good.(an up to date version is available thru XDA Developers HTC One V CDMA Development forum) So far,I recommend installing Rom Toolbox (free or pro from Google Play) to do any needed tweaks or uninstall any excess you don't want. Camera only gives you 3MP out of 5. Camcorder force closes. Still, not bad for a full Jelly Bean ROM. I'm using v1.2E.
