can't wait from what i hear using fm receiver would use drastically less battery then 3g. also i have like a 2 mile dead zone for 3g on home from work.

im running it right now..

nightly 7/16 ..flash that..do not flash 7/18 you will bootloop..also 7/16 doesn't have a bootanimation so be patient and don't yank the battery

yeah i didn't know if "narutoninjakid" was asking for a video of the ROM in use, or if they were asking to post a video on how to install it... that's what I was trying to figure out... lol

If its a video about the install then I doubt he's s-off lol, I wonder if its about flashing the boot.img

Edit: what doesn't work on venom? Mms?
 
Recently I've been flashing after booting into the bootloader then using the command "fastboot boot recovery.img", which appears to actually allow the recovery to access the boot partition even though I'm S-ON. Does anyone know if this is actually true?
 
Hey guys has anyone been following the thread for the ROM on XDA? Just thought I'd give everyone a heads up that they have found traces of WiMax files in the HTC One V from Virgin, and that they are thinking they may be able to use the files to get working WiMax on Sense 4.0 ROMs. And before anyone says anything yes I know that the One V is a 3G phone but it has the WiMax files in it so maybe it'll work! Here's to hoping!

any brave testers feel like testing my sense 4? with intergrated vm framework files..a little less bloat..hopefully working fm radio

if so pm me..as soon as i finish and upload ill link you up

i have personally never had that issue bro..the only thing i have noticed as far as service goes is the fluctuations up and down..but that's on any ron i have tried on this phone

I'm also down for testing, I'm going to install this rom in a minute to test it out as is. Would be more than happy to test and give feedback on changes.
 
Thanks guys for offering..I apreciate it very much..and to the ppl who pm'd me..it booplooped though..I think because of the framework crap..also I'm having trouble pushing apk's to stick in system ..like the fm radio..they don't seem to install correctly even with permissions changed ..
 
I should note I used a flashable zip to flash all fm radio components to system..it flashes fine but don't show up in system or data after boot..

Something to do with sense
I have used this apk installer many times on many phones with no trouble

By the way I can post the script if you guys like..its handy if you keep it on your desktop and pack it with apk's you want as a part of your Rom..then flash it in twrp or 4ext

ya i had the same problem just wont show what so ever.
