Root Rooting M070

Try some of the other methods in the root folder of my onedrive? Try some of the other methods of the post doctorer made?

Do you mean when installing it?
If so, how exactly are you installing it?
Have you enabled Settings -> Security -> Unknown sources?
Have you tried rebooting your device?
 
The answer to all of those questions is yes. Yes it's when I am trying to install it, and I am installing it by double clicking it through a file browser (all other apk's install just fine this way), yes the security is set to allow unknown sources and I have rebooted this device multiple times.

Is it possible you have downloaded a corrupted file?
The working file size is 96597 bytes (94.33 KB).
If the file size does not differ, check the md5 sum, it should be 1cc037b3d621cddcc89e79a817500639
