Rooting/transforming you DX

I, at the moment have a EnV2 and i was wondering if me had the technology to transform my Env2 into a DX because i could really use the upgrade right now, im looking for something that will transform it in approximately under 2 hours and something that comes with the root. Thanks!

a=yeah i know i could, but like i dont really have the time or money, so i just got to thinkin and i thought "if we can send SMS messages through the air and pictures to the air to other phones, how come we cant transform them". then i saw a droid commercial and i thought wow if that guy transforms when he uses it could they transform my phone?
