Help S.O.S

This darn phone is driving me crazy! I've had it for just about 2 weeks and the double tap on feature stopped working, then just today my bookmarks stopped working...meaning when I click a bookmark, it appears to navigate away, but only refreshes home page....
Please help !
Any and all feedback is appreciated.

In order to get knock to work again I would try a factory reset and be sure to backup your data before hand.

Well I would try flashing stock firmware,This should fix the knock feature:

Be sure you flash this right firmware for your phone and remove sim/sd card before flashing as it will wipe them clean.Then after flashing stock firmware,You can put them back in and update your phone.

I'm really looking for a fix that's a bit less involved.
What I'm really trying to determine is whether or not this phone is simply a piece of junk and I wasted $100....
Anybody?

Sounds like you got a lemon. Presumably it's under warranty as you've only had it two weeks, get them to replace, repair or give you a refund, unless you bought it second hand.

Yeah, I guess I can go that route...(another pain in the butt)....
Newest update; Capture plus stopped working....
Oh well?

Odd thing is all these issues occurred after I downloaded the Marshmallow update
