S7 slowest charging ever since Android update May 2017

Ever since the Android update a couple of weeks ago, my phone had lost its ability to fast charge. The battery runs empty so much quicker and it will take 6-8 hours to recharge. It's rediculous.

Definitely a 'dumb' phone.

I've googled and troubleshooted, but other than a factory reset, I have tried everything to no avail.

Please help!!

Updated! I erased a number of apps I wasn't using. Didn't notice a change right away. A few days later, fast charging was back. Give it time!
