Samsung Galaxys epic 4g email issues

Hello,

I often send and respond to emails through my phone and I have one person that I email daily for business not being able to get my emails. For example, she will be listed along with other folks but when she opens the email there is no message (my written response) while everyone else gets the message. Is there something she can change on her computer or email account so she can get the actual message? It doesn't matter if I send her an email (new) or she sends me one and I respond, there is still no written message. She is an sbc customer.

Perhaps she should check her junk mail for your emails? Perhaps the problem's on her end?

Yes, I believe it's on her end...she gets my email in her in-box but when she opens it the message box is always blank. We can't figure out what's going on.

Does the email message show an attachment? Do you happen to know what kind of phone this person has? Does she have the Epic? Or do you?
