Help scheduled sales app

Hi,

Can any users please recommend an app which we can implement to schedule a sale:

1. With time and date

2. Create markdowns by dollar value and others, not only percentage

3. For use on online store.

4. Test & preview before sale is live

Please may I ask that only store owners respond, and not developers of apps trying to sell their product.
