Help Screen developing faint blue spots

I've had my wonderful phone for almost 2 months now, and noticed a faint blueish spot beginning to grow on the left lower side of my screen. This one began a few weeks after using it, and now at this point another one is beginning to develop on the other side of the screen.

The 'spots' don't hinder viewing, they can only be faintly seen when I am using my phone and only really stand out when I am on a very white or grey screen (My Nook app for example). Its more of a pet peeve for me but I can't help but thinking that a phone this new shouldn't even be beginning to exhibit any issues yet, especially since I haven't even dropped it or exposed it to any liquids.

I have two blue spots too. They were already there when I received my refurbed DNA. I believe they are dead pixels. I have not decided if I am going to ask for another refurb yet since as you said it does not really cause any issues. I know dead pixels is a warranty issue.

Are your phones in a case? I noticed the same thing when mine was but after I removed it the blue spots disappeared. My best guess is that some cases squeeze the phone too tight and cause the spots to appear.
