Help Screen lockup when a call comes through

I have had this happen a couple times over the last few days. When I am using the phone to surf the net or play within an app and a phone call comes through, my phone freezes. I hear it ringing, but there is no phone screen that comes up to allow me to answer it. The first time it happened I just backed out of the app and hit the phone button and answered that way. Today, the phone actually locked and I had to do a battery pull. Like I said, not a huge problem b/c it's only happened a couple times, but just wondering if this has happened to anyone else out there?
