Help Screen turns on and off automaticly

Hello guys

I need your help.
Well, the problem is that, my Sony Xperia S, which I bought 1 month ago, acts weird, screen turns on and then off automaticly when its locked, not whole phone or system, just screen, and It can happen 12 times in a row or 2 times, after it stays normal for a while and then again.

I've tried and restarted phone, take off sim card, reset factory settings, still the same.
Any suggestions?

Well, a factory reset would 'cure' all software issues meaning its hardware or bug in that software.
You sure it was a proper factory reset and not just the option to delete stuff from sd?

Either try the following :
In pc companion click update phone.
Then when it says it's up to date, click repair.

Or take it back.

Ive fixed it. just reset factory settings for 2nd time and now its ok, probably there was some virus or sth.
