Scroll with android 2.1

Hi, I have got my self an Android Scroll pc tablet running Android 2.1 & am new to this tech.

I was wondering...

1. How can I get movies (films) on this device? instructions would be welcome.
2. Also, can anybody recommend upgrades and apps that I should install to improve the device?
