Should I bring my phone to Verizon?

Today my phone got up to the temp of 123.6 F. Is this hot enough that I should bring my phone to Verizon for them to check it out?

I'm no expert but i would say yes. That's like a medium rare steak in your phone. Unless there's a bug with the widget you have.

Your phone is over heating.

If that is happening regularly, and if outside factors are not playing a part (leaving it in the sun, etc), it's in need of examination by somebody who can find the cause and then decide what to do about it.

I'd start by doing a "force stop" on the newest apps I have, if it were not happening since I got the phone. You may be able to isolate an app that is causing the cpu to keep running, etc.

If not, just take it in and let the Verizon techs have a look at it.
