Well, I've had my Skyrocket since Jan 2012 and it has mostly been a positive experience.
Recently, I've been having a problem with the forward facing camera on my phone and getting the message "Camera Failed". I also feel like the phone was considerably slower and it had become irritating.
Yesterday I decided to do a hard reset on my phone. I downloaded the lastest version of Kies for my device and after struggling to get it to connect to my Skyrocket I gave up on it. Kies is terrible!
After the hard reset I reloaded all of my apps and I can say that the phone feels much quicker and smoother. I don't feel like I'm waiting, like I was before.
The problem with the front facing camera has not gone away, I am still getting the "Camera Failed" message.
