And in just a few months I'll qualify for a Sprint Premier plan not because of the $69 a month plan, but because I've been a customer for 10 years. Never had any major problems, so why switch?
And when you call customer service, they do look at how long you've been a customer. Almost every time I call, they thank me for being such a long time customer and bend over backwards to help me. So, stick with them. If you're loyal to them they're loyal to you.
I'm thirty-seven, and some days i feel every minute of it . And shoot, Sprint Customer Service should be showing up at my door and mowing my lawn...i've been with them for over 18 yrs. Too lazy to switch i guess...
