Startup Manager

Beware The Milky Pirate!
Can anyone recommed a decent one which will let me make sure a certain app starts at startup?

All the apps I've seen are glorified task killers and seem designed to prevent apps starting on boot; I'm looking for the opposite.

SD Maid Pro has this option (to show if apps Autostart,if rooted).

Go to the App Control section & refresh for a list of all apps.
You'll see the apps that Autostart & will be able to toggle that feature off on a per app basis.
There's a freeze option as well ,akin to that from Titanium Backup (Pro).
Ad blocking & this gem of an app are the main reasons I root my devices.

As for keeping the app(s) running, that's a new one on me,but, perhaps there's apps that are causing the one you want to stay on to shut down.
This app may help, along w/Thom's suggestion using Tasker.

Forgot about Tasker.

Thanks! :)

Edit - I'll look at your suggestions too @KOLIO
Admittedly,I jumped the gun & didn't read your request thoroughly. :paperbagdroid::paperbagdroid::paperbagdroid:
I do stand by my endorsement for SD Maid nonetheless, for all the other functionality it has.
Perhaps you could drop the dev a line for a feature request regarding the "stay on" feature,he's kept the app updated fairly regularly over the life of the app ..........
