I got a moto droid about a month ago and I love it. My dad decided to do the same and he got his yesterday.
I use gmail, so I've been using the stock gmail app to handle that. My dad, however, doesn't. He has his other email working with the stock email app, but the thing is, he has a few thousand emails from work, etc. from years ago. For some reason, it loads the oldest ones first, so when he goes to check his email, he sees the ones from march of forever ago. We've been trying to reverse that, and just show the newest ones (he doesn't want all of his thousands of emails on his phone) first, but it's got both of us stumped. Is there a setting or something that we're missing?
