A benchmark of what is said to be the Nexus Sailfish has been posted at GFXBench. According to the result, the phone will have 4GB of RAM, a 5-inch 1080p display, a Snapdragon 820 chipset, 11MP and 7MP cameras on the rear and front, and 32GB of storage.
