#1 Remove sim/sd card slot and you will see a space between the back cover and the sim slot, use a plastic pry tool or a fingernail, and go around the phone undoing the clips slowly, there is glue at bottom and top of the cover (does not restick after removing)

#2 This is where you should be at this point, fingerprint ribbon is held down by a plastic cover, but you have to remove the retention metal thing around the camera to remove the fingerprint cable

#3 This is as far as i went, i removed all the screws and that seemed to release the screen a bit, but there is glue holding it and i dont want to go that far

It seems to replace anything but the fingerprint and camera lense you will have to remove the display as the plastic is all one piece
I dont know where to get replacement parts or anything, looked up a few of the numbers on parts and got no results
