Root The one thing I miss from stock.

I rooted my Incredible 2 and started messing around with ROMs. I've installed Miui and am very impressed, however I am missing two things from stock.

The HTC keyboard with speech to text and the Big Flip Clock.

is there a way for me to get these features back to my phone?

Download Beautiful Widgets. It has a very nice clock with weather. It's animated as well. It is very customizable.

As far add the keyboard is concerned, have you tried Swype? I find it to be much better than the stock keyboard.

Another thing. I miss having my phone book show Facebook contact pictures...
