ok folks I have been with tmobile over four years now and AlWAYS had the "myfavs" on my account and now the service is not on my account. After many,many hours on hold,doing a master reset, swithcing out my device and sending me a new moto cliq. I finialy find out the issue is not my phone or me it is the network and t-mobile c/s agent told me this lastnight so what about all this time they was making me think I was messing my phone up and its on their end this reall.y makes me want to cancel service and go back to rotary dial.....
