I'm running Liquid Gingerbread 3.2 on my Thunderbolt. It constantly gets stuck in headphone mode, without anything plugged in. It comes and goes on its own. Obviously this renders the phone useless since I can't hear anyone without using headphones.
I am not sure if it's a hardware or software issue. The phone was water damaged a year ago, but had been fixed. The headphone issue is relatively recent. Every now and again I catch the phone coming out of headphone mode, and the media volume indicator appears...which makes me think it might be software? I've tried the apps that disable toggle headphone mode via widget, no help.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.
