Help Tiny letters on background of screen.

On the background of my Galaxy S3 Mini, in my T-Memo, and text messaging apps, you can kind of see these tiny, barely visible letters. I just recently noticed them, and tried resetting my phone, but they didn't go away. They aren't really a problem, I'd just like to know what they are. Also, my phone is 2 and a half years old, so I am experiencing some problems, of course, and may be getting a new phone here within the next few months.

Does it look like this? Here you can make out the notification bar icons

It's the AMOLED screen has burn-in, and can eventually happen to them. If you're replacing it soon, it shouldn't be a problem.
