Trouble with syncing, nothing comes across

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? My calendar is synced to my google one, and my contacts are synced to my google contacts on my ero just fine.
I can connect to my PC with the Hero fine as well, and I can specify to sync to Outlook.
When I actually run the sync though, nothing gets copied across, and the sync reports as completed OK, with 0 updates made.
Checking in Outlook, there are no contacts and no calendar entries.
