Two Question, New to the scene. & Hey

Hey everyone @ androidforums. No doubt you will see me around on here more often!

Two questions really, so

first question is, on ICS 4.0.3 on a Samsung Galaxy S2, im finding my games are running with fps drops in intense games like MC3. Is this correct? My average idle ram is 400-450 after a few hours online.

And my second question, now the ICS has made it possible to remove bloatware without rooting, does anyone has a list of the things that can be removed without application errors for example Samsung hubs.
