unable to download apps.

Hi experts, in my lg p500 i am not able to download any apps
My phone memory free is 168mb. My memory card have 500mb free
App shows only downloading. And all my default apps shows computing
I also hard rest my phone. But still problm arising

try to clear the data and cache of market and try...
cant you install even third party apps
and enable the background data in settings>accounts & sync

I aready cleared cache. I am downloadig app from Android market only
I also enabled in acc and sync. But still problem. Pl help

which android market version you are using and which connection like edge or 3g ....
if you are using latest android market uninstall it from app manager and try again ..
can you insatll apk directly from sd card like apps downoaded from other websites....

are you rooted
