unknown error -24

an unknown error -24 occured when i m trying to install sub way surfers .erlier i hv subway surfers but it is not installing n showing this error plzzzz help

You had Subway Surfers installed. You uninstalled it without first clearing data and cache, so there are still parts of it hanging around in your phone.

Settings/Application manager. See if there's an entry for Subway Surfers. If there is, open it, clear data, clear cache. The new installation should work.

If not, create a new google account. Put that account into your phone. Log into the google Play store. Install Subway Surfers. Dlose Play Store. Add back your real google account. Remove the temporary one.

From now on, if you want to uninstall an app, clear cache and data first.
