So I am apparently missing the Guided tours app and this is preventing me from updating. I have downloaded the file a couple times and try to reinstall it but it wont let me just says application not installed. Any one know how I can get this back on the phone seems like the only thing holding me up.
Also would going into the boot menu and selecting android system recovery do any thing for me?
