I have HTC Desire, which I rooted thanks to this forum. Installed Cyanogenmod 7 as the initial version. I also had ROM Manager and S2E, and had partitioned my SD card.

Now I tried to upgrade my phone to Cyanogenmod 10. Downloaded the zip file and rebooted the phone. Now I have Android 4.1 (with Cyanogenmod). But there are some side effects:mad:

I am not able to open Google Play, File Manager, ROM Manager, Camera and many other basic applications. However Phone, Messaging and other applications (installed on SD card) are functioning well. Is there any way to get back these apps?
