so basically d [roblem wid my phone is dat when i plug it in to charge the phone doesnt show any charging icon but it is still charging (as its almost 2 weeks since the problem occured 
)!!!
also when i check battery menu in settings it shows battery is "draining" not charging.
and also my pc is not able to detect it when connected via usb and mobile is also not detecting d pc.
SO WHAT SHUD I DO???
there is no problem wid the charger or usb cable or pc as my sis phone (galaxy s2) is working fine wid d same things.
