Root {UTIL}Vibrant GPS Fix for Rooted User's

As everyone Know's, the Samsung Vibrant GPS does not work Correctly, after getting some what **** when trying to use Maps, I decided to track down the Issue's with it!

The .zip is for Rooted user's only & I take no liability if it hoes your phone.
I flashed from ClockworkMod Recovery, Can't say it will flash via stock recovery.

So what changes does this do? Or is it simply doing what was mentioned before with the key codes to access the gps settings?
