So, I got a replacement v10 for a boot loop one.
It was not working as mine had been so I spent a month yelling and complaining to them to get sent a NEW one. New one worked great! Until updates installed. 2 to be exact.
The first one was for Marshmallow and IDK what the second one was for.
Now, I am having the same issues I had on the refurb!!
-No ringing on my end when making a call.
Sometimes I don't hear the person say hello for a few times/only hear half their vm recording.
-Chrome and youtube "stops responding" (/doesn't open) when I click a link off of a site or app.
