Help Video messages automatically deleted

I just recieved my first video in a message today and like a picture it came up with the download button, once i clicked it it comes saying "The video file ***.3gp was deleted". Had the person resend it and this time it came up right away with "The video file ***.3gp was deleted" without a download button. Anyone know why, or how i can fix this? I cant find a setting for video message, and theres not many options under mms settings. I have the storage settings to 500 mms per conversation. That's not the issue. And under mms settings i have delivery reports unchecked, and auto-retrieve checked, and roaming auto-retrieve checked, priority normal. Any help?
