View number text message sent to?

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone can answer this.

If i send a text message to a contact with multiple numbers, sometimes i want to check which number i have sent it to. If i look at the information all i can see is the name and it doesnt give me any idea as to which number i have text.

Hi! Welcome to Android Forums.

If you long press on the message you sent it should come up with a menu of options - view details or view message details should be there and it will show the actual number you sent it to.

Unfortunately that is what i have been trying and the information is not there. An example, i have someone called "Colin" who has 2 mobile number. I sent him a text and couldn't remember which number i sent it to. When i hold down on the message and the menu comes up i select "View Message Details" and it shows the following:

Type: Text message
To: Colin
Sent: 15:57, 15 Nov
Delivery report:
Not requested

This is all the information i have available

The only other thing I know that works for me is to put GoSMS on your phone (or one of the other messaging apps). I use it because it gives me so many more options to do things with.

Sorry the long press doesn't work.
