If you look it up on Google, you will find that most of the build.prop tweaks are actually not effective after gingerbread... ICS and JB only have one or two tweaks that actually work, most of the rest are either redundant or no longer have references in the newer framework.
 
Hi Punkmaxx. Thanks for all your work!!! I think it would be helpful to have a bone stock download. I just installed the slim version of the ROM and realized swype was gone. I use swype all the time and for that reason I would really like to go back to stock. I'm going to revert using a CWM backup but it would have been easier if I could have just downloaded the stock ROM. Once again, thanks!!!

I just flashed this and everything is working as mentioned :). It's nice to get rid of the bloat.
I just switched from the EVO V 4g two days ago. I'm looking forward to what the devs can do for this phone!
 
Just an Update... Tried some new Stuff for the De-Odex Slim ROM
Been running a new version all day... Will upload stuff on monday...

1. Faster, more responsive status bar pull down (WORKING)
2. Semi-Transparent Status Bar (WORKING)
3. 4-way advanced reboot menu (STILL TESTING...)having problems with freezes after editing android policy
4. Replace Stock Browser w/ AOSP Browser (WORKING)
5. 5x6 Touchwiz Launcher (WORKING)
6. Center Clock (STILL TESTING...)Didnt work
7. AND MORE MODS TO COME!.... :)
EDIT: 8. New Boot Anim.
 
Bad news I may be delayed a bit... Got home from work and my computer got fried by a power surge while I was gone... So.... I'll have to figure that put before I can finish working on the ROM... Sorry guys... I'm kinda stuck.
 
Damn, I'm sorry to hear that. It must suck, but hopefully nothing too serious got damaged. I had a similar thing happen to me, but luckily it was just the PSU that I needed to replace.
In the mean time, I'm doing just fine with your current ROM :)

It was the MotherBoard that got fried... Soooo... no big deal... Got a new one put in last night... Gotta leave for work this morning, but look for updates soon...

HEre is a test version... Not all the new features have been implemented yet...

EDIT: still working on 4-way reboot and other things... touchwiz seems very "touchy" about any smali edits that i do.... not sure why... It'll freeze on first boot with certain MODs written in, so i left them out until i can work out the kinks...

i'll get on it again tonight and try to finish working the kinks out of the the 4-way MOD

I get into more brick walls trying ti MOD this phone than i have with most others.... Touchwiz is a Pain in the ass... &600MB minimum system size is just tooooo much
