Help voice search not working

The application Voice Search(process com.google.android.voicesearch)has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.

This phone is rooted but not sure if thats an issue. I did try some similar apps
Edwin and Vlingo. They did the same thing

I'M in my little bedroom all alone and its very quite. So its not being inter fear with any outside noise.

If all your voice recognition apps are crashing, it's probably related to the voice input functions. Does voice search or voice dialer crash? You could try clearing the cache and data of all the apps involved. Remember apps like Pico tts and tts server.

I did clear the cache and data several times. And i Uninstalled and re installed it a few times. voice dialer works ok
