Help voice talk funny voice

Hi all,

When i use voice talk, i have a very odd voice response from the woman.
'What would you like to do?'
Call xxx
'Mutiltple contacts found'

When she says Multiple contacts found she sounds like she has been speed up, or sucked helium.

Is there a way to stop this?
