Root W5C Devices *REBORN* (all things root) for lg realm, ultimate 2, and exceed 2 only

Hey guys just unbricked my lg realm with a tot file i found in the interweb search engine that is google.

Anyway wanted to say that i found a couple of roms for us cyanogenmod too it works.

I wanna build a new cyanogenmod from source for these devices since there all the same xD
just with different carriers same partition mapping and everything anyway heres a new all things root thread for the w5c devices

Roms:

LG G3 ROM PORT stock mod *untested*
Seems to be a stock mod from the lg ultimate 2 if anyone wants to test on the exceed or realm tell me if it works.

maybe touchwiz
and whatever else
soo i wanna port something but i don't know what so if you want me to theme it to look different im here.
also if you brick i got the files (that no one else could find) to save you so dont worry about bricks.

I am hoping for a successful 14.1 of lineage or cm but I doubt that will happen. I plan on learning how to make ROMs this summer though so I might try

Trying to build a cm11 rom

EDIT: In order to get MIUI to work on LG Realm, you need to wipe System and Data and then install gapps before the first boot into MIUI, which makes it use the Google setup assistant instaid of the MIUI setup.
MIUI doesn't work on LG Realm.

Wow blast from the past heh. Good to see dev on some of these old phones again! I had no idea that people still bought and used these for example the Exceed 2. I see it for sale on sites and seems to be quite popular still. Wasn't there something about this phone where it is only usuable as a wifi phone compared to using cell towers? It has been a while since I modded my Exceed 2 so I dont remember.

I might have to redo it now that i see all this dev going on. =]
