Web browser start page changes

Anyone else having this problem? Usually on a fesh reboot the browser starts with google. If I log into facebook touch and then back out, it seems to always start back at the facebook page vs starting at google. I check the start page in settings and its set to google but it keeps going back to facebook. If I reboot, all is back to normal.

Maybe I'm not doing something right. Not sure. Just seems strange.

what i did was make a browser shortcut on my desktop and pointed it to google.com.
the browser goes back to the last page visited.
